Ive only had my period once since using the Evogal cup , the first day i could not get it to open . So i left it . Then second day on my cycle i tried again same thing so i asked my other friend to help and Chanell was also super helpful . I find it the easiest sitting on the toilet , folding it in a C and the open side of the C showes down . Its been a breeze and so comfy . Ill def recommend it to my friends ! Im a runner and ran 21kms and it did not leak one bit and i did not even stress about it .

I have used my EvoGal cup twice already and absolutely loving it. I have the small size and it fits perfectly for me.
I had no trouble folding it to insert and it’s soft enough to not be uncomfortable when inserting or removing!

The Evogal cup is a much better alternative to tampons! Initially it’s uncomfortable inserting it, and figuring out if it’s properly suctioning. And it took a few tries each time I inserted it to get it right which is a little inconvenient, but I’ve had problems inserting tampons using the applicators. I cleaned and emptied my cup every morning, afternoon and night and the only time there was any leakage was when I removed and re-inserted it. I was surprised at how comfortable it was. I could never go back to using pads or tampons though😅 the cup is actually life changing! I’m so chuffed that I got it and tried it.
